Our speaker, John Mahany, will discuss what’s involved in getting a good aircraft checkout. There are many things to consider, depending on the aircraft, and how it’s equipped. John will review what’s required to get a good, thorough check out, necessary for all good, safe and competent pilots.
John Mahany is an experienced and knowledgeable Master CFI, and has an ATP with 4 type ratings. He lives in Southern California and has been flying for decades, and he’s still a student of flying. He now he flies a Cessna 150 for fun. In the summer of 2022, he flew his 150 to Oshkosh for AirVenture. It was three months of planning and 3 1/2 days of fun flying, each way, low and slow across the country!
