SUMMARY:July EAA92 Meeting - Wings Event - IMC Club with Rob Reddeg and Jay Steffenhagen
DESCRIPTION:For our July EAA Chapter 92 meeting\, we will reprise a recent presentation by Rob Reddeg of SoCal TRACON for the Bracket IMC Club\, supplemented by discussions guided by an experienced local flight instructor\, Jay Steffenhagen. \nRob Reddeg (National Air Traffic Controllers Association) will be presenting ATC operations in the Southern California area. This will be a great opportunity to review local concerns and listen to discussions with Rob of possible alternatives that might be available to instrument pilots looking to improve their proficiency through practice approaches. \nMEETING DETAILS: \nTHIS IS A WINGS EVENT:  Sign up for WINGS credit at www.FAASafety.gov \nThis in-person meeting will be held at the IRWD Community Room at 15500 Sand Canyon Ave in Irvine.  Please be prepared to follow Orange County Covid guidelines in place at that time. \nHangar Talk social period: 6:30 to 7:00 PM \nMeeting begins at 7:00 PM \nPresentation begins approx 7:15 PM
