DESCRIPTION:IMC CLUB – IMC SCENARIOS DISCUSSION\nSpeaker: Jay Steffenhagen\nEAA has begun some new programs this year – the VMC Club and the IMC Club. Both consist of short descriptions of flight scenarios\, followed by a group discussion led by a Flight Instructor\, where the participants determine what the pilot should do to extract himself from a potentially dangerous situation. \nEarlier this year we held a VMC Club meeting\, and it was very well received. This time we will consider IMC scenarios. \nABOUT OUR MODERATOR: \nJay Steffenhagen is a long-time EAA Chapter 92 member\, a Young Eagle pilot\, and an independent flight instructor at John Wayne Airport. \nNOTE:  THIS PROGRAM QUALIFIES FOR WINGS CREDIT. Please go to www.faasafety.gov to pre-register. \nBoard meeting at 5:30 PM \nHangar Talk social period 6:30 to 7 PM. \nGeneral membership meeting begins promptly at 7 PM \nProgram begins at approximately 7:15 PM.
