DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n– – Homebuilt Vans RV12iS -An Owner’s Journey – by Joachim Fischer – – \n Joachim will share his experience with his homebuilt Vans RV12iS\, examining his experience three years after his first test flight.\n\nJoachim is an avid pilot\, and has clocked over 300 hours on his new homebuilt aircraft.  He will provide guidance on his experience in maintaining\, operating and flying as an owner/builder.\n\nThe RV-12iS is a two-seat all-metal side-by-side airplane with a large cabin and is an incremental improvement over the RV12.\n\nABOUT OUR SPEAKER: \nTonight’s speaker\, Joachim Fischer\, is an EAA member who built his RV12iS that is based out of Corona.\nHe is an Industrial Engineer by training and he runs his own consulting firm where he helps organizations solve operational and strategic issues. Originally from Germany\, he now lives in Foothill Ranch with his wife and 2 adult sons.\n\nMEETING DETAILS: \nThis in-person meeting will be held at the IRWD Community Room at 15500 Sand Canyon Ave in Irvine. \nHangar Talk social period: 6:30 to 7:00 PM \nMeeting begins at 7:00 PM \nPresentation begins approx. 7:15 PM \n
